How's it going, guys? Welcome back. Any quick comparison video between Bluehost and SiteGround so that you can hopefully find out which one could be the best choice for you depending on your situation and your needs and your budget and whatnot. So before we begin, if you guys they're interested or you'd like to just get straight into the links to pricing discounts, you'll find that in the description down below. I managed to get you guys some pretty good discounts, so be sure to check those.
Okay. So very simply, Bluehost offers Shared Hosting, Virtual Private Server Hosting, which is also aka VPs. If you're not familiar with the term Dedicated Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Ecommerce hosting options. Site Ground offers. On the other hand, it offers Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Ecommerce Hosting Options.
They also offer a Reseller hosting plan for businesses. Now for hosting features. This is the Cpanel, by the way, for Bluehost. Unfortunately, I no longer have a subscription with SiteGround, so I don't really have access to how their Cpanel looks like. Actually, I could just go Site Ground Cpanel and let's just take a look at that, go to Images and there we go.
That's exactly what it looks like. If you guys are wondering actually, I'll just open the picture. You guys get the idea actually. So this is what it looks like. And Unfortunately I would have loved to just show you guys around myself, but I don't really have access to it.
But I do have access to the very simple and easy to read and easy to use. Also, Cpanel of Bluehost. Now, with regards to hosting features, both SiteGround and Bluehost offer staging areas, but only Bluehost offers free staging. Even in its most basic plan, Bluehost also offers a free domain for a year, while SiteGround unfortunately does not. Though SiteGround does offer automatic updates for WordPress software and automatic daily backups of your website.
Higher tiered hosting plans also offer website staging, though. Now, with regards to the website builder, Bluehost hosting plans come with access to their proprietary website builder that integrates with WordPress. This kind of drag and drop builder is also a great option for beginners, making it a very easy process creating your website and with SiteGround, customers can use the popular Weebly Site Builder for free, which is an easy to use, friendly but beginner friendly excuse me builder that excels, particularly in ecommerce. Now, with regards to speed, Bluehost is adequately fast and reliable with a 99 point 99% uptime, but it lacks the overall speed that SiteGround offers. Siteground takes the lead in this arena.
The web host has an advanced built in Caching system that helps you make your websites load faster. It's also able to handle more web traffic steadily. And with regards to security, just like any other web hosting plan that's worth its salt, Bluehost users get free SSL certificates, spam protection, and easy Cloud Flare integration. You can purchase additional security features at a discounted price, such as Sitelocks Web Application Firewall, otherwise known as Was Site Ground. In addition to what Bluehost offers, SiteGround users also get WAF a real time monitoring system, AI anti bot system, and free daily backups between the two web hosts.
Site Ground offers more than just the basics as you can tell, but of course it comes at a slightly more expensive pricing plan. Now, Bluehost offers both 24/7 live chat support and phone support, which is great. Getting in touch with a customer service representative is nearly instantaneous, but the general consensus is that you may not resolve your issue as quickly or get as thorough of an answer as you
would from a Site Ground customer service Representative there is also a knowledge base that covers popular topics like WordPress domains, emails, control panel, and account settings, whereas with SiteGround there is 24/7 live chat and phone support. If the issue is best addressed on the phone, SiteGround customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and troubleshoot problems for self help customers have access, they do have access to an extensive online knowledge base and community forums. Now, with regards to website migration, with Bluehost, users will need to manually migrate websites.
A premium migration service can be purchased to move up to five websites for $150, whereas with SiteGround you will be able to use the free SiteGround Migrator plug in to make website migration easier. Higher tiered plans also offer professional website migration services with regards to ease of use. As you can tell here, Bluehost is known for being beginner friendly, with an intuitive dashboard that makes setup simple. Users can still choose to access the control panel if they prefer, and SiteGround is also great for beginners. It has a dashboard with tips and steps for website set up, navigation and management.
Overall, both web hosting services are great web hosting services. When you stack up all the features and categories of each webhost SiteGround is an attractive option, particularly when it comes to speed, security and customer support. There are also more features available, and overall sideground is just a great option. But if your business doesn't sell products or services online or anticipate a lot of web

traffic specifically because SiteGround is made for heavy traffic, though, if you're more of a beginner, if you're just starting out, you may be better off choosing Bluehost, although their speed and security may not be as robust. Those categories do not matter as much if your website will be purely informational or if you're just testing out the waters.
Another reason you may choose Bluehost is if your business has very high website storage requirements. Bluehost offers unlimited storage on most of their plans, while Site round caps out at 40GB, so that'll be it. For this video, I just wanted to bring you guys a little comparison videos so that you can figure out which one could be the best choice for you for me specifically I would just go with Bluehost personally because of the unlimited plan and of course the ease of use and the cpanel the very easy to use cpanel and easily navigate above kind of Cpanel here. I really like how Bluehost looks
